Please note that this application is for SMC students only.

Additionally, this is not a correct application or registration form if you wish to apply for Study Abroad programs, register for Jan Term Abroad, or Graduate Travel Courses. Please contact SMCTravel@stmarys-ca.edu if you have any questions.

Please use this registration form if you are traveling for extracurricular activities including performances, event participation, competitions, conferences, athletic events, etc. as part of SMC sponsored travel abroad program.

THIS APPLICATION IS NOT USED FOR JAN TERM TRAVEL COURSES. If you are attempting to register for your Jan Term travel course, please click HERE.

• If you are not already logged in to SMC account, you will be directed to login to your account. Please use your SMC email/login and password to login.
• Once logged in, you will be required to create a travel itinerary. Please contact your staff or faculty travel leader or organizer and obtain a detailed itinerary for your travel before proceeding.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are attempting to access already created and existing registration form, please DO NOT USE the "Register Now" buttom above. Please click on "LOGIN/REGISTER" link at the top right corner of any SMC Global & Travel Programs page to access your already created and saved registration form. Duplicate registration forms will be deleted without notice.
